The Company workforce comprises a total of 165 employees grouped as follows:
Workers: 123 (drivers, yard vehicle operators, engine mechanics and panel beaters, welding operators, carpenters, masons).
Employees: 42, including 22 technicians and 20 administrative clerks.
Fratelli Locci Srl personnel are selected by the HR Manager and a department manager according to the activity they will be involved in.
To access the professional qualifications, candidates must meet some minimum requirements related to the nature of their duties. Requirements are usually both the education degree and the number of years of experience. However, it is always possible to recruit people who do not meet such prerequisites but have proven their qualities in the field and whose potential is deemed as able to grow within the Company.
Within our Company, training demands aimed at achieving the objectives set out in the quality policies and requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 are fixed and met.
